1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pak67 platform (accessible at pak67.vip and any associated mobile applications or services), you ("the User", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the pak67 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published by pak67 from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the pak67 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued access to pak67 following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Agreement.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak67. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the pak67 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of pak67 services.
• You must be accessing pak67 voluntarily, as a recreational user, and not as a representative of any competing gambling or betting entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from pak67 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party in placing wagers or conducting transactions on the platform.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pak67 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pak67 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific territory.

pak67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the pak67 platform. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of any associated balances, and potential referral to appropriate authorities.

When registering your pak67 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. pak67 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Notify pak67 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

pak67 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pak67 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.

• Deposits: All deposits are processed in accordance with minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction. pak67 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the depositing account must belong to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. pak67 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Inactive Accounts: pak67 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) months, in accordance with the fee schedule published in the platform's help section.

pak67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network congestion on blockchain networks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pak67 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to new and existing account holders. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all pak67 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling promotional credits is strictly prohibited.
• pak67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the full wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of pak67 management shall be final and binding.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other manipulation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on pak67 — whether on sports markets including PSL, international cricket, badminton, and UFC, or on casino games including live roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and slots — are subject to the specific game or market rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where pak67 explicitly provides an in-play cash-out or void option.
• pak67 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to system errors — and to refund the original stake.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within individual market pages.
• All live casino game outcomes are final once the game round concludes. No retrospective claims regarding game outcomes will be entertained.
• pak67 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers at licensed studio facilities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pak67 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets available on pak67.
• Collusion with other users or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the pak67 platform.
• Using the platform to launder funds or to facilitate any transaction related to criminal activity.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or on behalf of another individual.

8. Responsible Gaming

pak67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of tools to help account holders manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings from within your pak67 account settings. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your pak67 account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pak67 account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak67 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak67 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, publish, or otherwise exploit any pak67 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of pak67 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak67 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pak67 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access where adequate credential security was not maintained.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or outages affecting access to games or betting markets.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

pak67's total aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pak67 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak67 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file. However, it remains the responsibility of each user to review the current Terms before using the platform.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of pak67 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak67's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of pak67's registered territory.
